Although facing many difficulties in site clearance, with the support and assistance of the Government, ministries, branches, Hanoi city and relevant localities and units, together with the guidance of drastic leadership of EVNNPT's leaders. As of January 31, 2013, the position of foundation column 99 in Soc Son district is the last position out of 101 column positions that have been handed over to the construction contractor for foundation casting. Immediately after the site was available for casting the foundation at column 99, the Construction Management Board of EVNNPT and the Northern Power Projects Project Management Board urged the construction contractor, Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company. concentrated capacity to expeditiously conduct foundation casting so that right after the Lunar New Year, the construction of rope pulling poles will be erected and the works will be put into operation.
