CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION CONTRACT

Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company has just signed a number of contracts and announced the winning bid for construction and installation of a number of projects with a total value of: 268.2 billion VND, specifically as follows:

1. Construction and installation contract No. 35/HDKT-BQL/2009 for implementation of package DM4-15: "Construction and installation of materials and equipment for 110kV and 220kV DakMi 4 - Thanh My transmission lines and 220kV highway at 500kV Thanh My station - Dak Mi 4 hydroelectric plant project - Quang Nam province Total Contract value is: 103,903,745,012 VND.

2. Winning bid package CP-1B of Nhon Trach water supply system project phase I, capacity of 100,000 m3/day. Total winning value is: 76,702,583,000 VND.

3. Winning the bid package No. 1 (EPC) of consulting survey, designing BVTC, costing, total costing and construction of construction investment projects: Power supply system of urban resettlement areas Muong Lay commune. Total winning value is: 85,045,430,000 VND.

4. Winning the bid package No. 02: Construction of cable trenches, cable tunnels, supply and installation of HDPE pipes. The total winning value is 20,600,000,000 VND.
