On March 16, 2010 at Song Mien Hydropower Plant - Ha Giang province, Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to launch the 60-day emulation phase (March 16, 2010 - May 16, 2010). ) in order to complete the target of flood control in 2010 on Song Mien hydropower project.

Song Mien Hydropower Project with a design capacity of 6MW was started in March 2009 and has just completed a year now. With the enthusiastic working spirit of the employees of the units on the construction site, up to now, many goals and large volumes of the work have been completed on schedule in order to strive to bring the unit No. I to generate electricity. in March 2011 on schedule agreed between the investor and the Contractors. In order to achieve the goal of power generation on schedule, it is necessary to complete many work items with a very large volume, especially to ensure the success of the 2010 flood control target. This is a very important and heavy task and is a decisive condition for the completion of the electricity generation target on schedule.

As the main contractor for the construction of Song Mien Hydropower Project, on March 16, 2010, Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company organized a 60-day-night emulation campaign to successfully complete the goal of overcoming floods in 2010. . Over 300 employees of the Company were present at the construction site to respond to the launching ceremony. Immediately after the launching ceremony, the first concrete blocks added to the height of the factory spillway, showing the determination to complete the progress targets of the employees on the construction site.
